Human Resources Employee Relations Professional Dutch and English

Must Haves
• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of HR experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of HR experience with advanced degree (HR business partner, HR generalist or representative, labor law specialist or employee relations/ works council or relevant)
• Employee Relations experience
• Ability to travel within Belgium (Brussel) and the Netherlands (Eindhoven/Heerlen)
• Global understanding and mind-set and ability to work across the matrix

• Dutch and English fluent
 
Nice to Have
• Master's Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or related field 
• Experience supporting multiple locations
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment law
• Demonstrated knowledge of ER procedures and processes
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic, proactive partnership to leaders
• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc)
• Experience in project management
• Experience in program/process design, as well as process improvement skill set
• Experience supporting various functions at all levels of the organization

• Fluent French is strong advantage
