Qualifications
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Robotics, Operations Mgmt, or related field required.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience
- Demonstrated skills in managing priorities and making complex operational and business tradeoffs
- Intimately familiar with project management concepts (PMI, schedule/cost/quality tradeoffs, schedule, and resource planning, etc.)
- Experience with building project plans, conducting value stream mapping, track project budget and timelines.
Nice to have:
- 8-10 years of Project Management, Engineering or operations experience preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience leading diverse and complex projects and programs.
- Experience with highly regulated and/or safety-critical industry is required (medical device experience strongly preferred)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Comfortable working in a fast passed, cross disciplinary environment
- Independent thinker with the ability to take both a commercial and operational view of complex situations
- Ability to solve highly complex problems across multiple business functions
- Experience with SAP, SalesForce.com, ServiceMax or other enterprise service systems
