Principal Brand Specialist, Global Brand and Patient Marketing - Diabetes
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Nice to Have
- Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role at an agency, client, or preferably both.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead strategic initiatives that drive creative expression, design excellence, and grow impact.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and at varying levels of the organization.
- Hands-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development – can jump in and deliver results and a guide.
- Exceptional verbal branding execution – you're not afraid to pick up a pen and translate a creative strategy into a working backward press release paragraph.
- Excellent working knowledge of software including InDesign and Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong bias for action, including the ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, matrixed, dynamic environment.
