Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Ability to travel up to 30
- Prior experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or large MedTech firm
- Graduate degree (MBA preferred)
- Energized by complexity and pursuit of solutions
- Analytic / quantitative / data-driven, but is adept at quickly moving to decision in the data
- Track record of achievement and success resulting from set-backs or failure
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to create relationships and influence across a large global organization
- Tenacity and stamina, with ability to take on a large workload and delivery exceptional results
- Persistent and perseverant and will continue to push until success is achieved
- Confident and assertive, but highly sensitive and respectful of other people’s emotions
- Independent thinker, self-starter, who takes initiative and embraces ambiguity
- Skilled communicator and conflict manager
- Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills with an ability to adjust style to maximize effectiveness with different audiences
