Principal Analyst, Workforce Analytics
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience including Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data and insights through storytelling, data visualizations, and verbal communications, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Nice to Have
- Mastery of a specialty area and full knowledge of industry practices, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
- May have a broad knowledge of project management.
- Data Visualization Software: Experience with data visualization software and tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
- Technical skills: Skills in data science, data management, analytics, reporting, forecasting, and modeling.
- Problem solving: Well-honed analytical and problem-solving skills. Creative, risk-taking and results-oriented mindset.
- Industry Experience: Experience in a global, high matrixed, functional environment. Experience within Human Resource functions within large, multi-national companies is highly desirable.
- Talent Acquisition: Broad understanding of Talent Acquisition functions, processes, metrics, and technology including Workday Recruiting.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects by partnering with key stakeholders to prioritize requests, define timelines, and align on deliverables.
- Communication: Builds expertise, trains, and upskills others on data literacy.

The provided base salary range is used nationally in the United States (except in Puerto Rico and certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
