- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7+ years of data/advanced analytics experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years experience
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Computer Science, Management, Economics, Statistics, or other technical disciplines
- Experience in analytics in a global Healthcare or Medical Technology company, preferably in support of operational efficiency and client satisfaction continuous improvement efforts.
- Prior experience with large global organizations and a broad view of business
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Operations, Supply Chain, Supply Management, Procurement/Sourcing, Manufacturing
- Progressive analytics leadership
- PMI / CPM certification
- Proficient with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, Excel, etc.)
- Experience with advanced programming skills including data query and manipulation capabilities using SQL, R, and Python languages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent process thinking, analytical mindset, and data analysis skills
- Experience in change management, training, and communications
- Excellent leadership, influencing, interpersonal, and team-building skills
- Proven ability to reach consensus across groups with different objectives
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Able to influence change without direct authority.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
