Principal Advanced Analytics Analyst- Remote work option
Must Have (Minimum Requirements)
- Bachelors degree and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Data/Advanced analytics, Computer Science, Management, Economics, Statistics, or other related disciplines
- Master's Degree in Data/Advanced analytics, Computer Science, Management, Economics, Statistics, or other related disciplines
- 10+ years of experience in analytics in a global Healthcare or Medical Technology company, preferably in support of operational efficiency and client satisfaction continuous improvement efforts.
- 3+ years of experience in the medical device industry and consulting
- Proficient in advanced Excel, SQL and analytics/reporting tools
- Broad business understanding and ability to apply to current issues
- Six Sigma Belt certification and/or Lean Sigma certification and experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of Quality System, QSR and ISO regulations
- Experience in change management, training and communications
- Ability to interface with all groups and levels to solve problems and create solutions
- Strong leadership, influencing, interpersonal, and team building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Strong process thinking, analytical mindset, and data analysis skills
- Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time
