Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering
Minimum of 2 years of experience or Advanced Degree with 0+ years of experience
Nice to Have:
M.S. in Chemical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or similar discipline
Minimum of 10 years of experience in wafer-based or microelectronics process engineering / development
Previous experience with manufacturing equipment
Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Experience with DRM / DFSS, Lean Sigma, or Green/Black Belt Lean Sigma certification
Knowledge of DOE, statistical analysis methods and data analysis tools (Minitab, JMP, etc.).
Experience and understanding of SPC principles including process capability analysis and control charts
Have the experience or aptitude to program, run and troubleshoot automated equipment, machine vision and automated metrology tools
Direct experience with chemistry and materials processing
Experience with wafer-based processes and / or chemical analysis methods.
Fundamental understanding of the application of chemistries in a manufacturing environment.
