BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
GED/High School Degree
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
15+ years of IT experience with a GED/High School Graduate
11+ years of IT experience with Associate Degree
7+ years of IT experience with a Bachelors Degree
5+ years of IT experience with a Masters Degree
SPECIALIZED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE:
Experience with SAP ECC configuration, implementations, and integrations.
Experience with warehouse processes
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree
Extensive experience in international distribution and the U.S. and OUS required data, documentation, global transportation, dangerous good compliance risks/requirements.
SAP configuration, implementation, and integration experience specifically within ECC and XPS. XPS sits in SAP and connects to ConnectShip which integrates to carriers, such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
Have led SAP projects involving global teams.
Experience integrating SAP, automation with entities including data providers, customs brokers, and government agencies.
Experience developing globally compliant forms including electronic documents and communications as SAP outputs.
Extensive experience in requirements solicitation, business process definition, and technology solution research.
Has contributed to and defined the direction for new products, processes, standards, or operational plans based on business strategy.
General understanding of software and information technology solutions and ability to apply to client needs.
Experience in the development and support of integrated business applications and systems architecture.
Experience developing and delivering effective user training.
