· Bachelor’s Degree Required
· Preferably 4+ years’ experience in growth marketing or similar functional areas
· Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
· Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns
· Outstanding written, oral, and organizational ability
· Proficient with analytics and CRM platforms and Digital Marketing
· Skilled in marketing campaign planning, experimentation, and execution
· Deep understanding of Digital Marketing mix and ecosystem (Email, SEO, Web, social media, SEM, paid media, and account-based marketing)
· Data Analytics
· A/B Testing
· Marketing Campaign Management
· Conversion Rate Optimization
· User Experience

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
