A Day in the Life

  • You will support contract administration for U.S Cardiovascular Contracting.  This includes price requests, reporting, price loads, customer price files, price quotes, system maintenance, and new product launch paperwork.
  • You will process order quotations and purchases in a timely manner in accordance with Medtronic pricing and contracting policies.
  • You will execute new and ongoing price increase programs through support of contract creation, tracking of requests, and execution of completed contracts.
  • You will support sales and rebates teams in customer compliance/performance tracking and payment method (EFT) forms and coordination.
  • You will support process improvement and quality initiatives, including related paperwork, tracking, and reporting. Responsible for generating reports using templates and the consolidation of data from various sources.
  • You will work directly with U.S. based Contract Analysts and Field Sales Organization. 

Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related area
  • 2 or 4 years of experience in support desk or incident management (non IT tools) proving support to other Pricing tools
  • Fluent in English level
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with an anticipatory approach
  • Intermediate to advanced SFDC skills
  • Experience with Windows OS, MS Office, Service Now (or similar incident management tools) and remote support tools

Nice to Haves

  • Additional language skills, preferable in Spanish/Portuguese/Mandarin/Japanese is a plus
  • Advanced Excel/Power Query skills
  • Multitasking skills with a can-do attitude
  • A previous team supervisory role
