MUST HAVES
• Fluent (verbally and in writing) in English and Nordics (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian)
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant payroll experience
• Bachelor or Associates Degree
• Professional and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about process improvement
NICE TO HAVES
• Experience in a shared services environment
• Experience in multinational company
• Interested to further develop within an international Payroll
• Experience in Payroll systems, Workday and Service Now
OTHER SKILLS
• Rigorous, precise, curious, follow-up capabilities with strong problem solving skills
• Highly flexible, able to handle multiple tasks and priorities and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and methodical approach required
• Confidentiality and data protection mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team player
