Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business
- Extensive experience in the medical device industry with a strong background in surgical procedures and the operating theatre
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the Medtronic business, key customers and opinion leaders.
- Professional presence and an aptitude for leadership.
- Strategic mindset and strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Project management skills
- Excellent organisational skills.
Nice to have:
- Masters qualification
- Proficient ability to read, speak and comprehend regional languages will be an advantage
