Operations Director, New Product Introduction
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience
• 7+ years program or people leadership experience.
• Advanced degree in an Engineering discipline or Masters in Business Administration
• Experience with Ablation Products and therapies (e.g. catheters, generators).
• Experience with Active Implantable Devices and Pumps and therapies
• Medical device product development experience and a strong understanding of FDA, ICH and IEC standards
• Experience across the entire product lifecycle
• DRM, DFSS or Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
• PMP Certified
