Office Coordinator and Country Director Assistant
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years of office support environment
- English and Slovak, fluent spoken & written
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle several tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills – written & oral
- Results/Solutions oriented (‘get it done’)
- Ability to work in matrix organization
- Ability to cope with demanding workload
- Proactive, independent, self-sufficient
- Excellent computer skills, with excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Telephone techniques and etiquette
- Team Player
- Tactful, exercises independent judgement and discretion – professional presentation
- Creative thinking, with focus on development of business processes
- Possible travel and an ability to work occasional week-ends and long hours
- 1-2 years-vocational training
- Ability to speak, read and/or write additional languages.
