Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years sales experience OR Advanced Degree with 3+ years sales experience
Nice to Have
5+ years’ experience in the medical device industry.
Leadership experience in medical sales, preferably focused on interventional procedures
Experience in leading teams in a complex work environment. e.g.: Medical sales marketing or hospital service line functions, demonstrating ability to direct and influence sales or procedure volume growth.
Communicates with external suppliers, customers and / or vendors, involving advanced negotiation and / or presentations in order to manage relationships and close sales
Strategic and analytical thinker
Ability to adapt and change within dynamic corporate and business environment
