• Services Marketing / Market Development

Preferred Skills/Qualifications/
Competencies:
• 5+ years’ experience in strategy/marketing with a health care focus
• Understanding of the medical device industry
• Knowledge of compliance systems and CE/CME training requirements specific to engagements with healthcare providers
• Ability to work independently, guided only by broad company policies and objectives and make decisions on issues affecting functional activities of the organization.
• Leadership competencies to include:
o Business acumen
o Strategic agility(can see the big picture and how to get there)

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS/SCOPE:

 Reports to the Director, Strategy & Upstream Marketing of MITG Greater China
 The individual will be required to manage multiple projects and external vendors simultaneously, leading without authority and yet responsible to drive for the desired outcome
 Will be a key member on the MITG Strategy & Upstream Marketing team and serve as a business partner to the RCS business unit
 This position with have high visibility and interface with key internal and external customers

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Travel will be required estimated at 30-50%. Flexible working conditions to include office settings or working remotely
