Must Have: Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a technical discipline
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
-
7+ years of general work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree
-
1+ years of cross-functional project management experience
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
-
Experience with Project Management principles, concepts, practices and standards
-
Experience providing work direction, coaching and guidance to project teams
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Nice to Have: Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree preferred
-
PMP, Six Sigma and/or Lean certification preferred
- Prior consulting experience
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Experience with business process improvement, offshoring/outsourcing initiatives, or shared services operations
- Proven success in executing projects resulting in measurable productivity enhancement
- Confident and assertive style, but respectful of others
- Must be team oriented and able to adjust leadership style to maximize effectiveness
