Marketing Specialist APAC – Renal Care Solutions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science or Nursing or Allied Healthcare professions, Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of varying management experience, including at least 5 years of previous sales and marketing experience in the medical /surgical/ device industry.
- Ability to work with multiple internal cross-functional teams and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Culturally sensitive and have implemented region wide marketing programs.
- Strong scientific/medical aptitude and experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills along with an ability to influence both within and outside the organization
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills and behaviors
- Analytical individual with an eye for details.
- Able to work effectively as a team leader / member.
- Self-motivator who plans well and executes according to the plan
- Must have had handled a ‘product portfolio’ for any region or a large country with success, preferably in the renal care industry
- Preferably have spent a couple of years in a sales or commercial / business development role, apart from marketing
- Should be a high achiever and committed for both the top line and bottom line numbers.
- Must be comfortable with 40% travel in the Asia Pacific Region
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
