Marketing Specialist
The ideal candidate will have:
- BS/BA required; undergraduate degree in marketing preferred
- 3-4 years’ work experience in marketing or communications and event planning
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
§ Strong initiative, adaptability, decision making, and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset always exploring opportunities to optimize programs
- Creative problem solving skills with a combination of good intuitive judgment and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail in managing events and developing communications
- Proficiency with Saleforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; marketing automation tools (ex. Eloqua, Marketo) and Tableau a plus
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with senior management (orally and in writing)
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with all functional areas
- Experience managing electronic internal approval systems in a highly regulated environment a plus
