Exigences requises:
Être détenteur d’un baccalauréat en génie (mécanique de préférence)
Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en fabrication.
Bon à avoir:
Posséder de l’expérience dans la fabrication de dispositifs médicaux ou dans une industrie très réglementée, est un atout.
La certification ceinture verte de Lean Six Sigma, un plus.
Doit être en mesure de démontrer une expérience acquise en matière d’optimisation des systèmes de production.
Connaître les règlements pertinents (ISO 13485, ISO9001) ainsi que ceux relatifs à la FDA et celles des bonnes pratiques de fabrication actuelles
Avoir des connaissances des systèmes opérationnels, PRE.
Avoir la capacité d’innover au sein d’un milieu dynamique.
Posséder de bonnes compétences en résolution de problèmes.
Expérience en gestion de projets.
Solides compétences interpersonnelles et de communication (orale et écrite) en anglais et en français.
Être apte à fonctionner de manière autonome
Être apte à coordonner tous les aspects d’un programme nécessitant une interaction avec d’autres services (travail d’équipe, leadership d’influence et collaboration).
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
Nice to Have
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
Is A Bachelor's Degree Required? Mechanical Engineer, preferred.
Nice to Have
Experience in medical device manufacturing experience or other highly regulated industry is a plus.
Green Belt certification is highly desirable
Must demonstrate previous experience with modeling and optimizing production systems
Knowledge of relevant regulations (ISO 13485, ISO9001) and FDA cGMP regulations
Knowledge of business systems, ERP
Ability to innovate within a dynamic environment
Good problem solving skills
Project Management experience,a plus.
Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written) in English and French.
Ability to function in a self-directed manner with a high degree of independence.
Ability to co-ordinate all aspects of a program requiring interaction with other departments (teamwork, influence, and cooperation).
