Management Consultant in Clinical Pathway Optimization - Integrated Health Solutions – UK

Must Haves

• Demonstrable experience over 3 years in healthcare consulting focusing on clinical pathway reorganization, business case development and health analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to operate from idea generation, strategy development through detailed implementation and results delivery.
• Project experience of utilizing professional body guidance and recommendations in the development of an evidential base for pathway optimization.
• Demonstrable project experience of pathway optimization and the developing NHS business cases, preferably including elements of infrastructure investment and patient pathway redesign and health infrastructure.
• Strong analytical skills including advanced analysis of patient data and capacity modelling
• Communication & presentation skills.
• Ability to interact all kinds of stakeholders within hospitals
• Strong ability to develop and foster business relationships with continuously changing stakeholders
• Thorough knowledge of the decision-making process within hospitals
• Strong business acumen / linking pin to commercial business development.
• Healthcare Industry / Hospital knowledge or experience is an essential requirement.
• Working knowledge of professional body recommendation and regulatory guidance is essential (e.g. Royal College, HBNs/HTMs, etc.).

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of digital health solutions is desirable
• Lean Six Sigma certification is desirable.
• Familiarity with HMT 5/6-Case Models, including requirements based on stage and contents.
• Basic knowledge of health economics is desirable.
• Knowledge of medical devices and their place in clinical pathways is highly desirable
