Must Have: Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Extensive knowledge of Mobile Device Management methodologies and processes
- 4-7 years’ experience
- Solid understanding of quality regulations for the Life Science industry.
- Experience with Medtronic’s MSCM and system validation and qualification processes.
- Demonstrated strong analytical thinking, process mapping, process improvement and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, influencing groups).
- Time management, organizational, influencing, negotiating skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Skilled at developing, documenting, and building support documentation.
- High energy and motivation with an ability to adapt to change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong collaboration skills.
