IT Support - Jerusalem
Must Haves
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT technical support
- Proven experience in AD, DNS, TCPIP, Windows OS, Security
- High awerness for great customer service (internal)
- Experience in following procedures
- Good english read, write and talk
- Good documentation skills
- Flexible working hours when needed
Nice to Haves
- IT Related course such as, Microsoft servers, AD, virtualization, networking, cloud computing
- Experience with Cisco, Checkpoint and VMware products
- PowerShell/script building
