Must Have: Minimum Requirements
 
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant IT experience with 7+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant IT experience with 7+ years of managerial experience
 

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE OR SKILLS PREFFERED

•            Ability to build productive and collaborative relationships within stakeholder teams and the Global IT function

•            Strong business acumen including understanding of business financials (P&L)

•            Executive-level communication and influence management

•            Ability to solve problems and lead people and organizations through disruptive change

•            Broad understanding on enterprise IT technologies, operations and processes

•            Specific knowledge and practical application of modern analytics and cloud platforms

•            Leadership characteristics to achieve business vision

o            Evolving by embracing curiosity, exploration and discovery

o            Inclusive of people, ideas, and perspectives across the organization

o            Empowered to make smart decisions with a strong sense of urgency to accelerate continuous progression

DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

•            5+ years of experience facilitating the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects, based on management objectives

•            Relationship-building

o            Ability to listen, build rapport, and credibility as a strategic partner vertically within the business unit, as well as with leadership and functional teams

•            Strategic thinker

o            Ability to map joint organizational vision and long-term thinking, imagination, and idea generation

•            Highly developed communication skills

o            Ability and comfort with working at executive levels

o            Skilled and experienced at negotiating conflict and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes at executive levels

o            Strong communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting

•            Leadership

o            Leading by example, mentoring, and motivating others in the BRM team and all around you

o            Ability to lead change using positive and collaborative methods

•            Partnership

o            Ability to set expectations with business partners and effectively leverage governance for a positive business partner experience

o            Be able to influence others, using personal rather than positional power

o            Ability to influence and break down silos within an organization as well across organizations

•            Delivery

o            Ability to focus on business value results, rather than solutions

o            Technical aptitude, requirements management, and the ability to assess and articulate risk variables

o            Proven track record delivering exceptional IT results/outcomes, leveraging Waterfall and Agile methodologies

o            Understand and integrate business strategies and trends in technology to deliver value

o            Accept and drive a culture of shared ownership
