BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION REQUIRED:
• Bachelor's Degree
YEARS OF EXPIERIENCE:
• 10+ years of IT experience with a bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of IT experience with a master's degree
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE OR SKILLS PREFFERED
• Excellent understanding of patient vital signs and patient health and monitoring solutions
• Excellent understanding of cloud and edge compute technologies
• Excellent understanding of DevOps and Dual Track Agile development methodology
• Ability to build productive and collaborative relationships within stakeholder teams and the Global IT function
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit leading to the ability to map long-term organizational vision and generate innovate ideas that create business value
• Executive-level communication and influence management
• Ability to solve problems and lead people and organizations through disruptive change
• Technical acumen and experience
• Leadership characteristics to achive business vision

DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 7+ years of experience facilitating the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects, based on management objectives
