Exigences:
Baccalauréat en sciences, ou autre.
2 ans d’expérience en TI
Doit être objectif, pertinent et non comparatif
Bilingue ; être capable d’écrire et de parler aussi bien en français qu’en anglais
Bonne connaissance de SAP ME
Profile:
Expérience commerciale ou en systèmes d’exploitation au niveau des systèmes de chaîne d’approvisionnement et de fabrication tels que SAP
Expérience dans la définition des processus opérationnels, des exigences et de la recherche de solutions technologiques.
Expérience dans l’animation de petits et grands groupes par le biais de discussions stimulantes.
Expérience dans le développement et la prise en charge d’applications commerciales intégrées et d’architecture de systèmes.
Expérience de travail dans un environnement d’équipe tout en étant se chargeant des affectations de travail individuelles.
Gère bien l’incertitude/l’ambiguïté et possède la capacité de rechercher, d’analyser et de documenter les problèmes (système/processus).
Expérience dans le domaine de la fabrication à valeur ajoutée et de la méthode Lean Six Sigma
Fortes compétences interpersonnelles, orales, de présentation et de communication écrite.
Capacité de priorisation des tâches.
Compétences en animation de réunion.

Qualifications:
2+ years of IT experience with B.A. or B.S.
Needs to be objective, relevant, and non-comparative
Bilingual: be able to write and speak in French and English
Good knowledge of SAP ME
Profile:
Business or systems experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing systems such as SAP.
Experience in business process definition, requirements definition and technology solution research.
Experience in facilitating small to large groups through challenging discussions
Experience in the development and support of integrated business applications and systems architecture.
Experience working in a team-based environment while being accountable to individual work assignments.
Deals well with uncertainty/ambiguity and possess ability to research, analyze and document problems (system/process).
Lean manufacturing and six sigma experience
Strong interpersonal, oral, presentation, and written communication skills.
Prioritization skills.
Meeting facilitation skills.
