MUST HAVE:
Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience in HR
• Experience partnering with executive leaders on strategic projects (one or more of the following required: global growth, organizational design, M&A/integration)
• HR generalist/HRBP experience
NICE TO HAVE:
• Master’s degree in Business, I/O Psychology or Human Resources
Successful track record as an HR Director.
• Previous HR leadership roles in a high-growth, fast-paced business.
• 5+ years experience in providing work direction and leadership to people and teams.
• Experience in HR strategy development and execution.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing large-scale change initiatives.
• Experience in a global, matrix management structure.
Results orientation – has the ability to meet goals consistently and go beyond them. Demonstrates a high sense of urgency and comfortable managing manage multiple projects in a high growth, rapid change environment.
• Change Management – able to define a case for change and influence others to change – and at higher levels -- fully engage entire organizations in fundamental change through effective communication strategies.
• Strategic Orientation – able to think beyond own area and apply critical thinking, incorporating both analytical and conceptual abilities.
• Customer Focus – able to identify internal and external customer needs, looking from the outside in. Able to build relationships with the customer and provide services for which the customer might not yet even have identified a need.
• Collaborative – effective working with and through teams to accomplish business results.
• Team Leadership – Able to focus, align, and build effective groups.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of immigration practices, H1-B visa, and other work visas.
• Computer skills in HRIS (WorkDay, PeopleSoft preferred), database, spreadsheet, presentation and word processing software.
• Facilitation skills - group and individual, training, team development, conflict resolution.
• Strong knowledge of employment law
• GPHR and / or SPHR certification.
• Experience in multiple companies and / or varied geographic locations.
• Experience in a medical device or related healthcare industry
• Experience supporting a global manufacturing operation
