Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • High school degree.
  • 2 years of experience required in HR support, compensations or finance, providing support on human resources software and systems 
  • Fluent English level.
  • Autonomy.
  • Team player.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficient in Word, PowerPoint, & Teams
  • Basic knowledge of HR Management Systems / HR Information Systems functionality and general best practices
  • Experience in building strong working relationships with customer groups.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking, ability to collaborate, generate ideas and set high standards focusing on the customer.
  • Ability to work in a fast based environment using your own initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail and have a technical aptitude possessing strong computer skills specially in Excel.
  • Strong verbal and writing communications skills.
  • Contributes to the completion of project milestones.
  • May have some involvement in cross functional assignments.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking, ability to collaborate, generate ideas and set high standards focusing on the customer.
Nice to Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • Requires practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within job area.
  • Experience with human resources software and systems such as My Benefits and Workday.
  • Experience using analytical and problem-solving techniques, tools, and methodologies.
  • Process improvement mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, and comfort interacting with and influencing colleagues at various levels in the organization.
  • Experience in building strong working relationships with customer groups including Vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast based environment using your own initiative. 
  • Detail oriented while not losing sight of the big picture.
