We are currently looking for a Human Resources Project Coordinator III to support our Human Resources team for Cranial & Spinal Technologies (CST) and Neurovascular (NV) Operating Units (OU). This will be an onsite position located in Lafayette, Colorado and will report to the Vice President of HR for Cranial & Spinal Technologies.  

 

A Day in the Life

 

In this dynamic role, you will work under supervision and independently to provide project oversight for assigned CST and NV groups.  You will administer systems and manage information by reporting data, completing data entry, utilizing data to draw conclusions, and making recommendations.  You will manage communications including drafting and disseminating written communication to program participants, managers, presenters, and leaders. You will also manage projects by adequately tracking status of project deliverables and maintaining and updating the project plan.

 

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

 

  • Monitor OU culture program/project/system status, budgets, and timetables.
  • Lead logistics (i.e., invitations, technical prep and surveys) for OU culture programs.
  • Handle last minute changes/requests and unexpected challenges by finding solutions and managing deadlines.
  • Manage OU HR annual cycle calendar in support of stakeholder management.
  • Manage OU HR team meeting schedule and agenda.
  • Download reports and provide insights and analytics.
  • Create presentations for leadership team review.
  • Support OU Sales headcount management and promotion process through data intake and spreadsheet tracking.
  • Develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity, referring to policies and practices for guidance.
  • Provide travel and expense report administrative support for HR VP.
  • Apply knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience

 

Nice to Have

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Aspirations for a career in Human Resources
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Experience working on high visibility programs/projects.
  • High detail-orientation and commitment to quality work.
  • Experience working in an environment with a high sense of urgency.
  • Experience providing a strong level of professional service and follow-through in a confidential manner.
  • Experience exercising independent judgment and discretion.

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
