Must Haves:
• Experience in the development and adaptation of economic models
• Experience of reimbursement / funding / market access applications in the Russia
• Existing Network within local Health Economic Society

• Understanding of Russian federal and regional quota system for medical procedure funding
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Strong analytical skills

• Effective communications in English (written and oral) and in Russian
• Presentation skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• 20% travelling mainly in the Russian regions for data collection and potentially to EU for Reimbursement meetings
