Governmental Affairs specialist/principal Finland
Minimum Requirements:
Job qualifications
To be a successful in this job you have minimum 5 years of experience from the Life Science industry, preferably in a role within external/public affairs, a consulting company specialized in LifeScience sector or from the public sector.
Furthermore, we will prefer candidates with:
•University Degree at minimum Bachelor level.
•Relevant education in preferably Policy, Business, Economics, Sociology or Public Health
•Special knowledge and insight into the Finnish public healthcare system; preferably with knowledge of government regulations regarding MedTech and devices.
•Experience in communicating and working with governmental and healthcare authorities with an impact on health policy and agenda.
•Have excellent communication skills and experience with PR.
•Proficiency in Finnish and English.
•Able to travel up to 30 days per year.
Demand Profile – Selection Criteria
•Team player with strong self-dependent working style. Able to operate with minimal supervision but to know when to consult/inform more senior points of reference.
•Flexibility to manage, execute and prioritize workload in a busy, fast moving and professional environment.
•Ability to work in an international environment and understand and apply to the explicit corporate and divisional requirements, standards, practices and procedures.
We prefer that you live near Helsinki.
