At least 7 years’ experience in a business / accounting based role in a multinational environment, with more than 5 years financial planning and analysis experience in a commercial environment preferred
Experience in leading teams/groups
Strong analytical and management accounting experience
Proven experience in establishing guidelines for budget and forecast preparation, reporting actuals and variance analysis
Knowledge of marketing, strategy concepts, financial modeling & negotiation
Language proficiency
Excellent computer and systems skills – Excel, MS office, Business Objects and ERP (eg: SAP)
Experience in project management, business information and reporting systems would be an advantage
