Minimum of 4 years of experience of relevant experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience

to coach in person or via virtual meeting applications

& flexibility to travel to SMF (Shanghai) for up to 60% of the time as
per the project needs (each trip length will be minimal 3wk)
Previous
experience as a Medtronic catheter operator or trainer is an asset
Proficient
as a catheter manufacturing operator with highly manual production
processes with track record of following quality processes
Ability
to handle multiple task & track progress
Excellent
communication, interpersonal and listening skills as a trainer/coach
Attentive
to details with good patience
Ability
to adapt to and/or work with a diverse workforce / people from different
culture e.g. Chinese
