Finance Director - Contract Manufacturing

- Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance or Business, or a Master's Degree with an emphasis in Finance.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in Finance and/or Accounting / FP&A preferably in Contract Manufacturing with 7+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in Finance and/or Accounting / FP&A preferably in Contract Manufacturing with 7+ years of managerial experience
- Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial modeling tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and process improvements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Previous experience in the healthcare or medical technology sector is a plus.
- Experience working in a complex organization and a large manufacturing operation.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High integrity and self-confidence.
- Large scale change management & change leadership experience.

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
