Facilities Manager
Additional Requirements
- Proven experience in a Facilities Management role within a large multi-site corporate environment or on the supplier side,
- Excellent collaborator and solver
- Strategic thinker with the ability to understand complex issues and to develop sustainable solutions with agile execution
- Ability to develop business case with financials and good presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience in delivering project performance by conforming to scope, cost and schedule
- Ability to read technical drawings, in particular Architectural drawings
- Proven relevant track records in a Corporate office environment
- Excellent understanding on the key principles and concepts of the entire Real Estate cycle
- Influence skills by having excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and performance driven
