Extrusion R&D Technician II (3rd Shift)
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
· Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
· May require vocational or technical education or certification
Nice to Have
Exceptionally qualified candidates will have the following experiences and/or qualifications:
· 2+ year of medical device manufacturing experience
· 2+ year of mechanical experience
· Attention to detail
· Legible handwriting
· Familiarity with manufacturing safety and ergonomics
· Able to operate independently with minimal supervision
· Required to interact with a computer, and communicate with peers and co-workers
· Trained and proficient on applicable measurement and inspection requirements
o Able to set-up and operate the Ultrasonic inspection system to build single layer/level tubing
o Able to program R&D sizes and tolerances into BLM and Microvu inspection systems
