Event Technologist
Must Haves
- Bachelor degree
- Prefer 3 – 4 years of experience in an audiovisual or IT support setting
- The scope consists of 70% audiovisual and 30% IT support
- Demonstrated experience with live event production, stagecraft, lighting and sound design.
- Virtual meeting, live-streaming and event technologies such as Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, ON24 and Vbrick.
- Knowledge of studio video production, including camera operation, keying, as well as sound and lighting design
- Experience on troubleshooting and signal flow understanding for events with multiple display paths, switching routes, sound reinforcement requirements, and many other key skills for an exciting audience experience.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written to collaborate with various stakeholder from different countries and functions
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to produce quality results within tight timeframes ,manage numerous projects &events simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to operate and carry audiovisual equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships.
- Able to source and work with new or current vendors to supply the required technologies & tools for events.
Nice to Have
- Demonstrated skill with video editing software platforms, specifically proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities.
- Project Management skills to ensure clear deliverables for an event/technology implementation.
- Proactiveness on understanding new technology
