Engineering Program Manager/Product Development Program Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Similar related field and 5+ years of experience.
• Advanced degree in Engineering or Similar related field and 3+ years of experience.
•Strong preference for those with product development experience within the medical device industry for items such as: Complex capital electrical/mechanical systems, software development and single-use disposables
•7+ years Quality System experience in medical device or other highly regulated/technical industry.
•5+ years’ experience in successfully leading projects or programs.
•Masters and/or MBA preferred.
•PMP Certification preferred.
•Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) training and/or Certification preferred.
•Ability to influence others.
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
•Demonstrated decision making skills.
•Ability to lead projects in a matrix structure.
•Ability to effectively communicate at all levels and across the organization.
•Good interpersonal skills.
•Performance Management Leadership and Coaching Skills.
•Good Presentation Skills.
•Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint.
•Must be able to handle multiple tasks/projects and manage priorities accordingly.
•Ability to manage through ambiguity.
•Experience with in-house/on-site manufacturing and working with Contract Manufacturers.
•Experience with medical device sterilization methods.
•Experience with the following standards/regulations: IEC 60601, ISO 13485, ISO 10993, ISO 14971,IEC 62366, FDA Design Controls, EU MDR
