EMEA MDT Overlay Pricing Strategy Leader Europe (Flexible)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE:

•    Strong Leadership and influence skills for all levels of the business The ideal candidate should have in-depth understanding and experience with the development and execution of pricing and contracting strategies that optimize revenue and profitability. Significant experience is required in pricing, sales or downstream/operational marketing, commercial excellence. 
•    Knowledge of tender and contracting methodologies in Western Europe.
•    Strong business acumen and financial understanding.
•    Excellent analytic and strategic skills - Demonstrated analytical and statistical problem solving skills.
•    Strong modeling skills (Excel)
•    Process oriented.
•    Experience with working in a matrix structure.
•    Strong communication and negotiation skills - Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
•    Team player and track record of working collaboratively to manage cross-functional, cross country and cross-business issues and generate impact through others.
•    At ease in different cultures and situations.
•    Fluent in English, any other European languages is a benefit.
•    Experience in medical device industry or pharmaceuticals is a plus.  

EDUCATION:

•    12+ years of business, sale, marketing finance and Pricing experience 
•    University degree or its equivalent    •
