Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science or Technical Field with 15+ years of experience in Quality and/or Engineering , or Advanced degree in Engineering, Science or Technical Field with 13+ years of experience in Quality and/or Engineering
Nice to Have- Mastery of reliability analysis software- eg. Reliasoft, Relex, JMP
- Advanced certification- eg. Business- offered Master Black Belt in Quality or Design area OR ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Demonstrated presentation and teaching skills
- Advanced experience with planning and overseeing destruct limit, accelerated life, and other reliability testing strategy
- Knowledge and experience with ANSYS or other Finite Element Modeling software
- Strong in-depth experience with creating FMEAs
- Experience as a trainer for software tools, particularly Reliasoft
- Current or past certification board member for ASQ or other professional organization
- Experience with leading large, complex initiatives of strategic importance to the business unit, involving large cross-functional teams
- Author or contributor to Reliability literature
- In depth knowledge and experience with applying ANSYS or other Finite Element Modeling software to improve product design
- FDA regulatory experience- eg. presenting during FDA audits, responding to regulatory inquiries, communicating directly with FDA statisticians
- Experience with Diabetes products- continuous glucose monitoring and infusion pump systems
- Experience in Design-Reliability-Manufacturing (DRM) or equivalent corporate design and/or manufacturing process improvement initiative
- Demonstrated contribution to intellectual property assets (copyrights, patents, etc.)
- Presenter at company and industry symposiums
