Distinguished Engineer- Surgical Research and Technology
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience
- Masters or PhD degree in engineering or similar field
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in defining and creating complex medical products & platforms
- Experience with robotics
- Major involvement in medical device projects from initial conception to full production & implementation
- Continuous learner who adapts quickly and positively to change and is a skilled change agent
- An active listener, a strong and clear communicator, and confident presenter
- Cogent, concise written communication
- Experience independently managing and prioritizing design approach to multiple projects (e.g. consultancy) or complex systems (e.g. medical systems); experience with timelines and budgeting
- Workflow agility and clear communication to meet fluid project priorities and requirements and tight timelines
