Director of Venture Capital

Basic Qualifications:       

Master of Business Administration (MBA) plus five (5) years’ experience with marketing, sales, investment banking or business development. Must possess a minimum of five (5) years’ experience with each of the following: Implantable cardiac medical devices; sales and market research of medical devices used in Cardiac Rhythm Management or Cardiac Surgery; experience and detailed understanding of operating room and catheterization laboratory protocols and procedures for medical device implantation surgeries; collaborating with all key medical technology stakeholders including physicians, allied health professionals, public health experts, innovators, business leaders and CEOs within hospitals and the broader healthcare delivery system; developing business plans that identify and evaluate new business opportunities; Health Economics and reimbursement for medical device therapies; and FDA 21 CRF part 820 medical device regulations, ISO13485 and ISO14971. Requires 50% travel.
