Director of Business Development - Neuromodulation & Pelvic Health

Must Have: Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant Business Development or commercial  experience with 7+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant Business Development or commercial  experience with 7+ years of managerial experience

Nice to Have

•    MBA
•    Results-driven with experience in high performance, fast-paced environments demanding a sophisticated approach to understanding market models, competitive trends and business strategy
•    Highly collaborative with excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, customers and partners 
•    Strong business acumen and financial statement analysis skills
•    Strong analytical and critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.  Expert in synthesis of data and cross-functional inputs into insights used to develop deal strategy
•    Project management skills and experience with strong aptitude for managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
•    Understanding of the medical device product development and regulatory approval processes
•    Strong hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Excel (deal modeling, sensitivity analyses, etc.) and PowerPoint
