Must Haves
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
• Solid experience in digital paid media planning, optimization and omni-channel campaign execution
• Experience developing media strategy and executing programs that include PPC, paid social, and/or programmatic display
• Ability to travel up to 10%
Nice to Have
• Demonstrated experience in implementing programs that include PPC, paid social, programmatic display
• Experience implementing paid media campaigns in Fortune 500 companies that are in regulated industries (banking, pharm, alcohol)
• Experience at a digital agency
• Knowledge of the Adobe Media Cloud
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, interpersonal, skills are required, and an ability to manage the needs of multiple stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial experience working at a start-up or smaller brand
• Strong analytical skills and experience with metrics and reporting for Audience segmentation and targeting
• Detail-oriented, results-driven attitude
