Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Requires minimum of 15 years of relevant experience; requires vocational or technical education and advanced certification in addition to prior work experience.
Nice to Have
Deep knowledge and practical experience applying SolidWorks and/or Creo
Skilled in day to day usage of PDMLink to manage Creo model/drawing data
Skilled in day to day usage of EPDM to manage SolidWorks model/drawing data
Skilled in day to day usage of Enovia to create and manage ECR and ECO’s
Skilled in identifying design intent and applying geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) to capture design intent
Practical experience in applying CAE in DOE’s and tolerance studies in SolidWorks and Creo
Perform computational analysis as a service to engineering and production
Practical experience in technical writing, presentation skills, development of best practices, development of standard work. Able to develop and deliver training.
Identify opportunities in the design environments which target increasing productivity, product manufacturability and yield.
Develop design environment standard work and best practices and drive implementation internally and with suppliers
