EDUCATION REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance or Computer Sciences
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 to 6 years of experience in scientific or enterprise data analytics
- Experience with healthcare (medical or surgical) data analysis is preferred
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics or a related discipline
- Experience of advanced analytics such as Predictive Modelling
- Data analysis in R
- BI tools such as Tableau or Qlikview
- Strong programming skills including at least one modern scripting language such as Python
- Good SQL skills
- Hadoop – HIVE or Pig
- Self-starter willing to explore, research, experiment and innovate
- Passionate about Data Science
- Knowledge of statistical tools such as SPSS/SAS and familiar with R language
- Knowledge of CRM/ERP/Data Warehoused

- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Facilitative verbal and written communication skills, in interactions with internal stakeholders and peers
- Ability to be a strong self-starter and able to work well independently
- Resourceful
