Must Haves
-Bachelor degree (or at least MBO+)
-(Near-) native in Portuguese & fluent in English
-1 to 3 years experience in customer service and order management. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
-Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
-Computer literacy (MS-Office)
-Strong sense of responsibility
Nice to Haves
-Experience with SAP/ ERP
Please note that for this position, relocation support is not provided. Preferably, we are looking for candidates that live within a max 60km radius of our Medtronic office in Heerlen (Netherlands).
