Minimum of 8 years of experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.
Nice to Have
- Previously held a Technician or Team Leader position.
- Previous hands-on continuous improvement experience and or lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Promote a positive team environment, recognizing colleagues where appropriate
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement activities
- One year of previous team leader experience in a high tech manufacturing environment.
- Hands on experience relevant to the functional area the position will support.
