Compliance Program Manager

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of relevant compliance experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• Demonstrated experience of leading compliance at a country level and leading and managing the execution of processes and projects.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a global matrix organisation across geographic and functional boundaries.
• A strong work ethic and an exceptional business partnering focus
• The ability to multi-task and manage complexity and take a solution focused approach
• An energetic, self-motivated and team-oriented approach
• Good attention to detail; effective organisational and time management skills.
• Sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software
